Tasked with a range of responsibilities, the consultant serves as a knowledgeable guide to clients seeking premium plumbing, bath, and kitchen products.
They expertly showcase the product range, answering inquiries, providing detailed information, and offering tailored recommendations to meet individual customer needs.

*Product Knowledge:* * Develop a deep understanding of the products offered in the showroom.

* Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
*Customer Relationship Management:* * Maintain accurate and organized customer records and sales documentation.
* Follow up with customers after their visits to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
* Build and nurture a strong customer base, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
* Assist in handling customer inquiries, requests for quotes, and orders through various communication channels.
*Team Collaboration:* * Work closely with colleagues to share insights, product knowledge, and successful sales techniques.
* Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and inventory management to optimize showroom operations.

*Showroom Maintenance:* * Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and aesthetically appealing at all times.
* Arrange product displays and maintain attractive merchandising to showcase products effectively.
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate department.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
*Education & Experience Requirements* Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
* At least 3 years in sales and/or business management * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a showroom environment.
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Exceptional active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
* Ability to learn and communicate technical product information effectively.
* Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software is a plus.
* Positive attitude, team player, and a self-motivated individual.
