We invite passionate individuals to apply for the Regional Sales Manager position to lead our sales efforts.
What does the job entail?
This is a remote position that will be spent working most of the time from home or on the road traveling to dealers.
Identify new distribution channels.
Collaboratively develop annual distribution strategies.
You'll be responsible for leading the sales efforts, developing strategies, and expanding sales within your region, driving adoption of our revolutionary agricultural technology.
Identify targets and prospects and contact the head decision maker.
On the phone, or in-person, use a deep probing sales process to help them acknowledge their problems, how much pain they cause, the value of solving them, and help them see our tractor as solutions.
Synthesize product feedback from prospects and customers in a digestible and actionable form for internal review.
Address prospects‘ inquiries and turn their inquiry into a set phone, or in-person, meeting with that farm’s decision makers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, in our CRM, HubSpot.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.
Attending agriculture conferences, trade shows, and other events to hunt for prospects and, possibly, promote our products and services.
What kind of person are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in sales preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience selling a product or service that costs a lot more than the competitions.
Successful track record of getting to, and selling to, the top decision makers while not alienating the influencers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed.
