Title: General Manager Reports to: Regional/District Manager Position Summary: As a General Manager you plan and direct all restaurant operations.
You maintain high standards of food quality, guest service and satisfaction, operational efficiency and staffing in a clean and safe restaurant.
You ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Develops and communicates a clear picture of the role each manage plays in providing development to their crewmembers 2.

Must have at least 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience with two years as a General Manager within The Fast Casual, QSR or Mid-Scale Casual Dining segment.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn quickly and the leadership skills to build and be part of a team 4.
Must have strong Communication skills, the ability to represent the restaurant and speak to local businesses and present the restaurants business plan to the company leadership team 5.
Must have strong business acumen in order to develop a business plan based on the strengths and opportunities of the location, team and the restaurants performance 6.
Must have experience and knowledge of both front of the house and back of the house operations 7.
Must have experience with local store marketing 8.
Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
