We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join the team as an Automotive Sales Consultant at Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont.
The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers to find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and providing an exceptional guest experience through the sales process.

Pay: $49,500 - $216,000 is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc.
Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, but they will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods.
Commissions and bonuses range from $16,900 to $212,000 per year based on performance.
Responsibilities
Exhibit consultative selling skills.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Must maintain individual monthly sales goals.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Qualifications
Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous experience in a sales role preferred
