The Meta Communications Content Studio is seeking a Creative Strategist (Creative Storyteller) to lead with a conceptual eye, strategic brain and an expertise in storytelling to focus on social-first content.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker first with experience converting strategic, business and channel goals into compelling content that engages audiences ranging from young people to small business owners.
Must have the ability to think beyond singular campaign executions and be able to frame creative ideas into ‘Campaigns’ or ‘Programmatic opportunities.
This person will create and guide compelling social content on behalf of the world's largest and most dynamic social content platform.

Creative Strategist Responsibilities:
Responsible for turning complex subject matter into easy-to-understand and entertaining social content
Communicate innovative and creative ideas to product, communications and marketing stakeholders.
Concept to produce social-first ideas across multiple mediums such as video, memes, photography etc.
Develop the execution of social campaigns in partnership with internal and external creative and content teams
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in an agency/in-house concepting ideas for brand and product
Bachelor's degree in English, Design, Communications or related field
Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience in leading cross functional teams on challenging and complex projects
Experience working on social across multiple social platforms
Experience presenting to large audiences and to leadership stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in product storytelling and project strategy
Experience in social listening, building social performance recaps and community management
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience working in tech
