Mirketa Inc is looking to hire Accounts Executives for Salesforce Consulting services for its US operations.
You must be a legal US resident to apply.
The responsibilities of the Senior Account Executive will include identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities with Education Institutions, Healthcare Providers and Manufacturing Companies.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
Develops sales opportunities with Financial Institutions by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within active and inactive accounts.
Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business.
This may include sales/solutions calls, networking/marketing activities, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings.
Work closely with the consulting team to strategize and build sales pipelines.
Develop an understanding of Mirketa services and offerings and be able to identify opportunities with prospective clients.
Strengthen the company’s brand.
Build strategic partnerships with Salesforce Account Executives.
Create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a wide range of solutions based on business.
Participate in Marketing Events organized by SalesforceBuild and maintain relationships with Salesforce AEs.
Create new opportunities with current accounts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years proven direct sales experience with focus in professional services environment.
Must have managed a Sales quota of a $1 million in IT consulting services.
Must have experience selling software development and consulting services to large enterprise.
Must be able to work under pressure with set sales target goals.
Must have experience selling Salesforce or any other SaaS product Development and Implementation services.
Consultative selling, Polished Corporate Communication Style, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding, Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, and Motivation for Sales.
Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in all sales and service related activityProven track record driving revenue growth in Software Development ServicesExperience selling onsite-offshore software development services.
Must have experience with Inside Sales using social media and email marketing.
Should be comfortable in dealing with the highest levels of decision makers in an organization (e.
g.
, VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, CIO, etc.
).
Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
Must have experience generating new business from existing accounts.
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
