What we do: The Sr.
Manager of Business Development (Sales) is the "face of Supernal" in our global marketplace.
The position requires strong communications skills, knowledge of both Supernal's products and the target markets, and an ability to engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
This position is primarily responsible for developing Supernal's client base and sales pipeline for all revenue driving products according to product development roadmap, supporting development of product strategies and implementation plans, and supporting direct engagement between Supernal clients with the HMC Korea AAM Team and other affiliate groups within HMG.
Internally, this position would collaborate with all teams to develop an engagement and market entry strategy.
That strategy will follow Supernal's Strategic Business Plan, or "Gameplan," by identifying unique market characteristics and stakeholders, engaging with key external stakeholders, and deploying a customized plans tailored to each unique geography and client segmentation.
This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.
What you can do: Owns and maintains relationships with clients Establishes effective management routines to monitor projects, keep work on track and proactively identify issues Leads business development processes to create industry leading fact base and pipeline of potential clients in the AAM space Leads research and sourcing efforts for potential clients Leads development and execution of negotiations with clients Drives analytical approach in support of prioritization and selection of clients, in direct correlation with Product Strategy team Owns execution of client strategies to include tracking, measuring, and reporting progress against critical metrics Establishes relationships with key clients and supporting partners Identifies and position for opportunities that provide Supernal with leadership roles and visibility in opening and enabling the AAM market Builds and validate the fleet operator case and concept of operations and lay the foundation for implementation of this value driving line of business Works closely across the organization to align and inform timelines, priorities, objectives, and commercialization plans May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel Other duties as assigned What you can contribute: A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field required Master's degree preferred A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in transportation/aviation and technology industry preferred Experience in a direct role of business development and sales Experience in aviation fleet planning Experience bringing aviation and/or technology products and/or services to market You may also be able to contribute: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive delivery of communication and follow up Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints Self-motivated and forward-thinking Proficiency with MS Office Suite Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background check.

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.
