We are looking for an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding existing accounts, as well as driving revenue growth by acquiring new small to medium clients.

*Job Responsibilities*
* Oversee the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
* Provide superior account management by processing orders promptly, providing customer service, and resolving problems.
* Conduct research and discovery to understand client needs, pain points, and competition to effectively position the value of Photo USA’s products and services.
* Identify growth opportunities by analyzing sales reports and data.
* Grow existing accounts by adding products and services to meet revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
* Report customer feedback to the Sales Team to strengthen sales, marketing, and business development.
* Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage all sales activities.
*Qualification*
* BA/BS degree with strong academic record (business or technical background preferred).
* 1-2 years of proven success or equivalent in selling products and closing deals on a professional level.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Persuasive, diplomatic; strong ability to sell to/penetrate accounts.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, responsible, and dependable individual who will represent the company with professionalism
* Working knowledge of MS Office.
* Willingness to travel 10-20% for trade shows and conferences.
* Knowledge of photography and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
* Knowledge of social media and various online marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok) is a plus.
This is a full time position with base salary depending on experience, huge potentials in commission, paid holiday / vacation, medical / dental benefits, 401K and others.
