Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing and Business Development Professional to join our team.
This individual will play a crucial role in attracting new tenants, maximizing occupancy rates, and driving business growth for add to our portfolio of managed properties throughout the area.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed real estate salesperson in California with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success in leasing and business development.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and trends in the local real estate market.
Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to attract and retain tenants for our residential properties.
Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting property tours, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to generate referrals, add to our managed door count, and fill vacancies.
Implement marketing initiatives to promote available properties and increase visibility in the market, such as online listings, social media campaigns, and community outreach events.
Network with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to create a referral network to promote our serices and grow the business.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, souce potential new buisness, as well as work company provided leads to grow our business.
This includes meeting with new owner clients seeking property management services.
Conduct cold calling of potential property management clients Work closely with our team to track leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
Collaborate with our team to ensure that units are market-ready and meet the needs and preferences of potential tenants.
Track leasing activity, occupancy rates, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants throughout the leasing process and beyond, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications: Licensed real estate salesperson in California (CA DRE license required).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential leasing and business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.
g.
, Showmojo, Rentvine, Z-inspector, AppFolio).
Valid driver's license, clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
