Bath Planet of NorCal is looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative in our new Hayward, CA office.
Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, customer service experience.

Job duties include but are not limited to: Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and a headset.
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
On average you will complete over 100 call a day.
