In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the areas of heavy-duty truck parts, suspension, springs, airbags, and airbrake systems, and other accessories.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Follow up on customer orders and inquiries promptly
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Document inventory discrepancies
Multi-task efficiently
Pull and fill orders from stock warehouses
Assist in putting away daily stock orders
Qualifications
3+ years of heavy-duty parts experience, auto parts sales experience, or heavy-duty diesel technician experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Self-motivated and reliable
Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, using stairs, warehouse ladders, and forklifts
Competent in use of basic computer functions
