JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Ad Operations Manager at Audience Group, you will be an integral part of the growing ad operations division in executing online advertising campaigns for our partners.
The Advertising Operations Manager will also partner with various cross-functional teams (i.
e.
account management, sales, finance, etc.
) to improve internal processes.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, data-driven and able to identify process deficiencies and make recommendations for a more streamlined or effective process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and approve IO and creative materials
Assist in setting campaign expectations with inventory available and performance achievable
Assist in managing and executing monthly billing as well as client reporting
Facilitate communication between Ad Operations, Account Management, Creative Services, Finance, and Sales
Interpret, analyze and make recommendations against advertising metrics.
(CPM, CPC, CPA, CPV)
Ensure all booked revenue is recognized while campaign objectives are consistently exceeded
Ensure ongoing campaign success through regular performance analysis and optimization.
Manage revenue margins across campaigns
Produce a variety of analytical and performance reports
Implement and manage advertising campaigns using a 3rd party ad server and internal tools.
Work with team to identify and design new tools and systems to improve efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of work experience
Experience analyzing online campaign data activity
Experience with online ad systems such as Atlas, DCM, DBM or priority ad servers
Superior communication and customer service skills
HTML and JavaScript knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS
Attention to detail with superior organization skills and ability to prioritize and focus
Strong multi-tasking abilities

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills along with good communication skills
Thorough understanding and interest in online advertising
