About You:
* Sales Savvy: You possess at least 3 years of successful experience selling high-end, custom cabinetry or related products.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals is essential.
* Design Diva/Divo: You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client visions into stunning kitchen layouts.
Experience with kitchen design software (e.
g.
, 2020 Design) is a plus.
* Product Whisperer: You understand the intricate world of custom cabinetry – materials, finishes, hardware,and the nuances of each.
You love educating clients and confidently guiding them through product selection.
* Relationship Maestro: Building strong connections with clients, contractors and designers is your forte.
You excel at active listening, understanding needs, and exceeding expectations with a consultative approach.
* Communication Ace: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise project proposals and presentations.
* Tech-Tame: You're comfortable navigating CRM systems, scheduling software, and design tools to streamline your workflow and client interactions.
You’ll help us improve our platform for design to deliver production and see your feedback implemented!
Bonus Points:
* Experience with luxury home renovations or working with discerning clientele.
* Knowledge of current kitchen design trends and innovations.
* Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.
