*We are looking for a friendly and experienced administrative support with excellent computer and organizational skills to join our HR team.
* * Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm * Excellent company-paid benefits! *Support the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as:* * Assist with general HR operations and special projects * Organize and update employee files and department records * Update and maintain employee database, including new hires, changes and exits * Assist with recruiting and onboarding * Processing new hire documents and background checks for employment * Track and collect required employee documents * Create and maintain reports, charts and graphs * Update and maintain staff directories, org charts and metrics * Assemble materials and packets * Track individual and re-occurring trainings * Communicate and respond to employees verbally and via email * Coordinate meetings and interviews * Organize and file paper and electronic documents * Prioritize tasks and provide regular updates to ensure proper follow-through and timely completion * Maintain confidentiality in carrying out assigned tasks * Assist with multiple projects as needed *Qualifications:* * 2 years experience related * Strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Zoom * Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks * Excellent people skills and positive personality * Professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong judgement and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.
