AP/AR (7am start time) Monday - Friday Freight Forwarding Company doing business for 35 years in Hayward has an immediate opening for a Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable manager.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual, who possesses above average computer skills and works well with deadlines.
Must be able to communicate in an informed and intelligent manner.
Looking for someone with an accounting background to run accounts payable and accounts receivable department.
Required Experience/Attributes: 1\.
Experience in data entry, Accounting software 2\.
10 key experience 3\.
Very detail oriented and organized.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Able to learn quickly and become knowledgeable about procedures in a short time.

Good computer skills and at ease learning new software systems/processes.

Able to follow directions with minimal supervision.
