*EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT*
POSITION SUMMARY OVERVIEW
As the Executive Assistant you will handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.
Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of the CEO’s time and productive interactions with staff and the public.
The Executive Assistant conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the CEO and prepares summaries and reports.
Manages the CEO's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements.
In addition, The Executive Assistant develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the CEO’s activities and maintain confidentiality.
May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 5 years’ experience required
* Ability to flex work hours as needed
* Travel occasionally required
* Possess strong interpersonal leadership, analytic, and problem solving skills
o MS Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
o Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, in an ambiguous environment
o Ability to work primarily in an office environment
o Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
o Maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitive information/documents
o Ability to pass a background check prior to hire and authorized to work in the U.
S.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with superior level of professionalism
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
o Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
o Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a day.
o Ability to walk with items in hand, grasp and reach as needed.
o Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity.
o Ability to work in an office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $80,000 - $91,000
Position Status: Exempt
Work Location: Headquarters, Livermore, CA

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented mindset
