Our CPA firm is located in the high-rise building across the freeway from the Oakland Coliseum.
We are an office of 25+ employees and are looking for an energetic and reliable person to add to our Administrative Team.
This deadline-oriented position works closely with other administrative staff members.
Our ideal candidate will have an approachable and professional demeanor, be a team player but able to work independently, is diligent and organized.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years recent office experience in a professional work environment
(CPA firm or experience with Tax Return assembly/processing preferred but not required)
Strong computer skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work with a broad range of software applications
Ability to handle multi-line phone system
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to our Admin and Tax teams
Electronic document filing
Organize, email, fax/scan confidential documents and financial information
Copying, organizing, filing, and other miscellaneous administrative projects
Backup to receptionist – greet clients and operate a multi-line phone system
