Our open house application days will be on Tuesday 2/12/24 - Friday 02/16/24 9am-4pm and we are down to our last few brand new apartments so we strongly advise you come in to apply before they’re all gone! We are offering Studios and 1x1s that will be available for move in early February 2024.
As a reminder, we are a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit community, our homes are subject to income restrictions(listed below), and we are also a senior community for residents 62 years of age and older.
If you do fit the initial criteria, we’ll provide you with the application documents.

Last 3 Months consecutive (October 2023-Current) pay stubs for employment c.
Phone/Fax/Address of your current employer for 3rd party verification purposes d.
Currently dated award letter for unemployment, child support, alimony or other regularly paid income e.
Currently dated award letter ( within 90 days) from social security, supplemental security income, welfare, pension funds or other fixed income f.
Any other income documentation/proof not listed above.

Information pertaining to assets: a.
Checking accounts last 6 months of consecutive statements (June 2023-Jan 2024) b.
Savings, money market, CD regarding savings and money market funds, trusts, certificates of deposit, stocks/bonds, IRA/Keogh or other Retirement/Investment accounts, etc.

Any other asset documentation/proof not listed above.

Application fee of $59.
