Multiple units are located in two separate areas of the Estate property, each having their own set of allergen rules.
Including all visiting guest, there is absolutely no smoking of any kind, anywhere on the estate property or inside of any of the buildings.
Palomares Canyon Estate is a community of private individuals that are considerate of the other tenants.
Assuring safety and security is paramount.
It is crucial all rules and practices are in place to keep military, medical civilian guest and estate owner safe and secure.
Tenants have an understanding that their actions or inaction's will have an impact on the other tenants and owner's work environment.
1\.
Rental units located within the inside of the main estate on the property.
Allergens disclosure: Due to various relocation contract requirements for current renters, the units located within the main estate have their own set of allergen rules protecting the health of those guests with health needs that have been identified and are agreed upon within their signed lease and contract.
We protect all tenants under contract from life threatening allergies to cooked spices, perfumes, incense, pet dander, essential oils, scented candles, air fresheners, and certain cleaning products.
These allergies can be very serious and assuring their health and safety is paramount.
These tenants have been specifically placed to reside peacefully at the Palomares Canyon Estate because of these policies and that they are strictly adhered to.

Rental unit located independent, outside of the main estate but still on the property.
Allergens disclosure: The allergen policy within the units outside of the main estate have a more flexible set of allergen rules.
Because of their unique locations, while not effecting the other guests who reside inside of the main estate, the rules are a bit more flexible while still protecting the allergy needs of all current and future tenants of the entire estate property.
Even though some rules are flexible, others must still be strictly adhered to.
*Absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property or inside any of the buildings.
**Absolutely no burning of incense on the property or inside any of the buildings.
** SERVICE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT HORSE DISCLOSURE: There are therapy horses on the property as well as various wildlife ** Animal Allergens Exterior of the Estate Disclosure: To Those with Horse, Deer, tree, bush, flower Allergies on the There are Service and Emotional Support Horses in the front pastures on the property as well as various wildlife not limited to but including turkeys quail and dear which allergens can be suspended in the air .

It is so serene and peaceful and nestled in his own little microclimate Valley near Castro Valley.
The house is absolutely gorgeous views, and is furnished amazingly.
The owner is very strict with rules, but this helps to keep the place extremely exclusive.
This place is extremely sanitary and clean especially the accommodations.
If you are a traveling nurse a military person or just somebody who is looking for long term accommodations, I would recommend this place.
I would make sure to request an interview with the owner and understand all the rules because they are extremely strict but this helps maintain absolutely good security and operational flow for the property.
There are two beautiful horses on site, J and R.
They are absolutely the nicest horses and its so fun to walk down and meet with them.
If you can afford it, I would definitely recommend renting the beautiful custom apartment above the barn.
