We have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house that we seemed to fizzle out on.
Was wondering if there was anyone that would want to barter for concrete and landscaping and more in exchange for rent? Rent in the area runs about 4k a month.
The house has been sitting vacant for quite some time.
We have painted the inside and outside.
