1974 Pontiac firebird parts car not running - $2,300 (hayward / castro valley)

Have a 1974 Pontiac firebird this was running fine and all of the sudden doesn't start no spark it doesn't have the original 400 engine it was replaced few years back with a 350 Chevrolet engine hasn't been driving much in the las few years,has some rust in some areas selling this cheap As Is.
