My partner and I have decided to post up our store for sale.
It has been very difficult to manage the store as partners live far away and cannot move at this time.
One partner owns other stores and cannot invest the time to manage this store.

The store could be owner absentee but it’s preferred to manage it a few days a week if possible.
The owner has potential to earn much more working there.
The store currently has an employee overhead expense of approximately $18,000 a month, which consists of 6 employees a month.
This can be reduced to 3 workers no problem.
The store has an office area and two restrooms.
The exterior windows have been wrapped professionally which is a easy $4k-5k job nowadays.
