This machine can hold 90 pound of (new or used) fryer oil & the pump is reversible, meaning you don't have to buy a separate machine to pump the filtered oil back into your Fryer(s) or transport it to your outdoor used oil tank and that's why it cost so much more! Frymaster & Pitco make similar machines, but not 90 lb.
