I have a sizeable amount of new in box furniture and other items to be had at prices that will allow for substantial mark-up/profit.
Basically, I have about 200 items that can be viewed online but also have a large inventory of new but incomplete furniture components.
For someone with the ability and interest for furniture-making, up-cycling and creativity with a little extra cash and space, this can be a very worthwhile investment.
The retail value of just what I have posted is around $30k+ with my posted prices usually well below HALF of the LOWEST retailer, I would typically sell over time for around $15k but due to moving, I am willing to sell at a fraction of that.
