OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable individual to join our LifeCafe team as an Opener.
As an Opener, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The Café and Restaurant teams complement our healthy way of life mission by providing healthy meal options, snacks and drinks to all guests of the LifeCafe.

HOURS:
- 5:30am-1:30pm (weekdays)
- 7:30am - 330pm (weekends)
- 2 shift/week minimum
DUTIES:
- Prepare the restaurant for daily operations by completing opening procedures
- Perform food preparation tasks, such as slicing vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Assist with kitchen duties as needed, including dishwashing and cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers as needed
- Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
- Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
- Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
- Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner
QUALIFICATION:
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills are required for cash handling and order processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
PAY
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16 and pays up to $20, based on experience and qualifications.
