*Responsibilities*
* Learning and following Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash application, service, and customer relations
* Applying eyelash extensions that wow customers and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes
* Conducting world-class consultations, by following our proven method and listening to clients wants and expectations
* Educating clients on all Deka Lash services and the best way to care for their extensions
* Building relationships with clients, selling products to ensure lash retention, and converting clients to members
* Checking clients in and out and engaging customers with world-class customer service
* Following all sanitation protocols and standards, ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
* Performing additional duties as required
*Requirements*
* *Currently licensed in California as an Esthetician (Aesthetician) or Cosmetologist*
* Passionate about lashing and taking care of customers
* Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
* Passionate about the beauty industry
* Strong work ethic and integrity
* Pleasant personality
* Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance
* Ability to sell memberships and products
* Outgoing, positive personality and ability to work in a TEAM environment

Pay: $20.
00 - $35.
