*Description*
Join our team at Akins Ranch, where we prioritize cleanliness and safety in our facility operations.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Sanitor I.
This position is integral to maintaining a hygienic environment across various departments, ensuring our commitment to excellence in sanitation practices.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Utilize pressure hoses and appropriate tools to effectively clean and sanitize equipment, including conveyors, grinders, blenders, tables, sinks, and surrounding areas.
* Fill out relevant sanitation paperwork accurately and consistently as instructed.
* Collaborate with the Sanitation Lead to execute the master sanitation cleaning schedule.
* Conduct cleaning duties in dry rooms and product inspection areas as needed.
* Assist in the inspection of machines, promptly addressing any cleaning requirements based on audit findings.
* Operate cleaning systems and equipment following established guidelines and specifications.
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Participate in safety awareness initiatives and contribute to maintaining hygiene standards.
* Perform other duties as required.

* Previous experience in sanitation or janitorial roles preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness standards.

* Basic understanding of sanitation chemicals and their proper usage.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
