Overview: The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day to day Concession Operations in conjuncture with the Concessions Manager.
Supervise and motivate concession team members to achieve sales revenue.
Coordinate with Concessions Manager on concession events and ensure that each concession station is stocked and staffed.
Assist in inventory management before and after each event.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends.
Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required This role will pay an hourly wage of $22 to $24.

Responsibilities: Observes, evaluates, and documents job performance of stand attendants, stand leaders, and assists with stand personnel performance.
Work with stand managers to ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation and alcoholic beverage laws.
Complete administrative paperwork.
Analyzes and resolves all problems with regards to employees and guests with the help of the Concessions Manager.
Ensures proper pricing and menu items are reflected on all menu signs and boards to maintain proper financial and company standards.
Assists in inventory control and physical monthly inventories.
Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by delegating removal of all trash and recyclables.
Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
Responsible for delegating the upkeep of the Concessions including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes.
Work in conjunction with Concessions manager on event day operations, opening and closing functions, including paperwork and verification of stand inventory and cleanliness Maintain POS before, during and after each event.
Qualifications: Working knowledge with our Point of Sales Sytem.
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure.
Ability to speak, read, and writes in English.
Solid working knowledge of computer applications: Microsoft office, POS systems, timekeeping systems.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by state or local government.
Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc.
pertaining to OVG and venue concession and premium services operations.
Ability to calculate basic and complex math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently with little direction.
Education and Experience: BA or BS with business-related major; accounting minor or credits preferred.
Minimum 5 years management experience in food-related or Suites and Catering industry.
Nationally recognized, advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
Nationally recognized, advanced alcohol service training course certification.
Experience working in a supervisory capacity in a Concessions/commissary environment is preferred.
