About the Role We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to join the Services CPQ team.
The ideal candidate will have a systems background, a passion for quality and customer service, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
About You You have proven work experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and translate business requirements into solution designs and technical requirements.
Attention to detail and accuracy is second nature to you.
You are extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, results oriented, and a great communicator.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will interact with various cross functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements.
You are also adept at analysis, report writing, and comfortable presenting findings to the user communities you support.
Basic Qualifications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong business discernment and an ability to communicate analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
Able to work independently and in a team, meticulous, critical thinker and performance driven Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM tool.
Able to thrive in a fast paced, high energy and fun work environment and deliver value incrementally and frequently Experience with Agile methodology preferred Great teammate who excels at building relationships across the organization You will: Lead sessions with key business leaders and stakeholders to deeply understand what business problems we are trying to solve, key questions to be answered, and how the solution developed will fit into the business process to be supported.
Host interactive design sessions using best practices to effectively solve business problems by providing sample approaches as discussion points.
Perform workflow analysis and document process based on business development decisions.
Provide process and/or alternative solutions and makes recommendations based on cost/benefit and operational impact criteria.
Document processes after conferring with internal teams to establish technical specifications for Services CPQ and Salesforce configurations and integrations.
Reviews test plans for regression and system execution Responsible for User Acceptance test plan creation, when required.
Ensure accurate comprehensive documentation of systems, their respective integration dependencies as well as system/software dependencies.
Provide functional expertise on SFDC and Services CPQ applications Manage project plans in adherence to schedule to complete projects on time as well as identify/communicate project risks to the project team and business leaders.
Act as a single point of contact for the internal business user(s).
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

com system experience is mandatory, CPQ experience is a plus.
Project coordination and project management skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.
Ability to gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications, including CPQ configuration and SFDC integration impacts; develop an action plan for associated internal systems as needed.
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users.
Other Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to research solutions to issues as they arise.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally.
Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance.
Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
