What You'll Do Plan, coordinated, and supervised activities related to the design, development, and implementation of application development Explain the technical specifications to the team members at a granular level and help them identify the complex test cases Enforce adherence to quality in coding standards, design, and development methods Responsible for customer communication and project delivery Accountable for the productivity of the team members and responsible for the optimum utilization of the team members and other resources by means of effective planning and mentoring Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the leadership team Resolve technical issues and raise concerns to the leadership team as necessary Understand the technical goals or performance requirements to provide appropriate solutions Provide input in implementing POC, or technical tool evaluation for the next generation of architecture What You Know 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience Reactive Java, Spring boot, Azure Kubernetes, Container management & configuration, Dockers, Jenkins, PCI Java-Micro Services – Java 8/9, Spring Boot, some messaging background.
Proficient experience with SOA, Rest Services and Spring, Spring Batch, Spring boot Embody passion for new technology and open source and a believer in continuous improvement of skills Experienced in GIT, SVN, or other distributed version control system Deep understanding & experience in Java, design concepts, patterns, and coding standards Independent thinker who can identify problems and provide creative solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience and ability to lead the team by providing design and technical guidance and proactively removing blockers to help them progress efficiently.
