House Cleaner Needed (fremont / union city / newark)

We have a 2 story, 4 bedroom house in Newark that needs everything cleaned: bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, changing sheets, clean out the fridge when needed, etc.
We're looking to get 6 hours of cleaning done every week at $20 an hour.
Ideally we'd like to split it to 2 days x 3 hours each day.
We're pretty easy going and it's not back breaking work by any stretch.
We just need someone who is thorough and reliable.
We prefer to have someone local.
We've had bad luck in the past whenever a commute is involved.
