Full and Partime Home Care and cleaning regular opportunity (concord / pleasant hill / martinez)

My father is living with me and I am in need of one to two caregivers start time is 8 am.
Duties would include making meals for him assisting my father walking to the restroom and shower chair as needed.
My father has a diaper on and able to use the restroom most of the time unassisted but we have to ensure that he is clean and has clean clothes and does not fall and injure himself again.
My father is fun but likes to have frequent food and drink and can be a little particular.
He needs to be bathed 3 times a week in a shower chair.
It would be great to get someone who has similar experience.
Standard house cleaning of his room, kitchen (one dishwasher load a day) and doing laundry (inside garage) as needed which is like one load every 2 days.
