Housecleaner, Fremont, before or after 9-5 once week (fremont / union city / newark)

Hi, Looking for dependable person, in Fremont / Newark, etc for 1-4 hours per week of housecleaning to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming; clean counters, take out garbages, etc.
Organizing or food prep a plus.
Cannot pay cash "under the table" - will set up on payroll or 1099 if you have a company; students, moms or grandmas - even a team of two.
