Investment real estate assistant position (oakland east)

Hi, I'm looking to hire a few part-time real estate assistants to assist me with a variety of different jobs in Oakland.
Ideally, you have a real estate license and looking for some side work.
I sell mostly apartment buildings and will need help with posting notices on buildings, open house and inspections for buyers, and taking pictures of buildings.
You need to be comfortable with East Oakland as many of the buildings I sell are in East Oakland.
I’m willing to pay around $25-35/hour or more depending on whether you are licensed, experienced, etc.
If you're looking to build a resume, I'm fine with giving you a great title and being a reference for you for future jobs.
If you are newly licensed and want to learn investment real estate/ commercial real estate sales, this may be ideal.
The time requirement will be a only a couple of hours 2-3 days a week so you can be very part-time.
Think of this position as more side-work and not a full-time job.
