Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions to guide and motivate clients through their workouts
- Provide education on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention
- Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continued improvement
- Offer nutritional guidance and advice to support clients' overall health and wellness goals
- Lead group fitness classes and provide instruction on proper form and technique
- Assist with fitness sales by promoting services, conducting consultations, and signing up new clients
- Provide sports coaching and training for individuals or teams as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of program design principles to create effective and customized workout plans
- Extensive experience in personal training with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals
- Background in physical education, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective training sessions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients of all fitness levels
- Sales skills to promote services, upsell additional offerings, and generate new business opportunities
- Ability to lead group fitness classes with energy and enthusiasm while maintaining a safe environment for participants
