Responsibilities:
- Lead fitness classes in various disciplines, including yoga, sports coaching, CrossFit, Pilates, dance, and personal training.
- Create and deliver engaging and effective workout routines for participants of all fitness levels.
- Provide guidance and support to participants to ensure proper form and technique.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.
- Educate participants on the benefits of regular exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer is preferred.
- Certification in one or more fitness disciplines (e.
g.
, yoga, CrossFit, Pilates) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate participants with different abilities or limitations.
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
