Instructor / Motorcyclist Training Instructor (Pleasant Hill, CA)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced motorcyclist training Instructor to join our team.
The motorcyclist training instructor will be responsible for managing the training site/range, and demonstrate, exercise and properly coach students to pass the motorcyclist training class.
The ideal candidate must have a sincere desire to help reduce motorcycle crashes, injuries and deaths.
Duties: * Responsible for the preparation and condition of the training site / range * Arrive early and leave training site / range secured * Ensure all registration forms are completed filled out and signed * Checking student’s valid identification * Use approved training materials provided * Ensure all students are wearing full protective gear throughout class * Responsible precautions to ensure the safety of each student and condition of training bikes being used * Completion and submission of Incident Reports on time * Be able to speak in front of a group with good people and customer service skills * Demonstrate, exercise, and properly coach students to pass training class * Good people and customer service skills * Other various instructor tasks Qualifications: * Must be 18 year of age or older and possess a valid California Driver's License with a Class M1 Endorsement * Must currently own and operate a motorcycle on a routine basis * Must have a minimum of 10,000 miles of motorcycle riding experience * Must have no criminal history and a clean driving record.
