Join our team today as a year round Swim Instructor where you will be making a difference! *Position:* Full Time Swim Instructor (30 hours/week) *What We Offer:* * $35-40 an hour * Monday - Thursday, Saturday schedule * Flexible start time * Stable hours * Year round work * Private swim lessons (1 student to 1 instructor) * Returning clients * Heated pool * Supportive Management * Many more benefits we would love to chat with you about! *What You'll Bring:* * Must be able to commit to 30 hours a week * Ability to lead fun and engaging swim lessons for all ages and skill levels * Able to swim and teach: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, treading water and diving.
* Creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students and all abilities * Providing positive and constructive feedback and motivation to help swimmers achieve their goals *Qualifications: * * Minimum 3 years experience teaching swim lessons * Minimum 2 professional references * Experience working with individuals with special needs a plus * Able to start immediately and work year round * Good attendance record *How to Apply:* Ready to join us?
