Math Tutor

Looking for a dedicated Math Tutor with 2+ years of experience providing tutoring and academic support to students of all grades.
Adept at developing innovative teaching methods to meet the needs of math students grades 3–8.
Provide 60-minute math tutorial sessions three times a week to 10 students in grades ranging from 3–8 Evaluate student’s progress and ability to meet course standards in mathematical knowledge and skills by assessing their academic growth through weekly quizzes and meetings with their teachers Helping students develop study skills such as time management and note taking Tutor students on a wide range of subjects including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus Additional Skills Critical thinking Interactive teaching Classroom management Relationship management Results-oriented Organizational skills Flexibility and reliability Individualized instruction Attention to detail Communication Must be able to pass a DOJ background check and TB test Job Type: Part-time Pay: $24.
