Job Description
KidzToPros is hiring Python Coding Instructors for after-school programs in the area.
We provide our industry-leading curricula and all needed materials for a fun and engaging experience!
KidzToPros is a leading provider of STEM, Arts and Sports for students ages 4 to 18.
Our focus is on providing and preparing the next generation of leaders and innovators.
In this role, you will:
Guide kids in the basic understanding of object-oriented programming
Teach kids to design, code and debug Python programs
Instruct kids on important programming concepts such as:
Variables
Operators
Control Flow Constructs
Help to expand their imaginations by using their creativity & imagination to draw different shapes on the screen
Teach kids to reuse code with functions and read & write to files
Teach valuable lessons in teamwork.
KidzToPros STEM Program includes:
Wonder Robotics, Coding Game Design, LEGO Robotics, Python and Coding Bootcamp
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and experience in teaching STEM curriculum
Min.
1 year experience with Python Coding
Passionate about teaching (Coaching/teaching experience encouraged
Ability to work with elementary-aged kids (Grades K-6)
Efficient class management skills (up to 20 kids at a time)
Reliable transportation
Use of KidzToPros app
Background check required.
Available anytime between 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Additional training may be required.
Ability to lift and carry ~20-50 lbs.

Wage: $40 per session, each session = 1.
