As a STEAM Instructor, you will play a key role in inspiring and educating students through hands-on, creative, and interactive activities that foster their curiosity and passion for learning.

Responsibilities:
* Instruction and Facilitation: Lead daily STEAM activities for students, providing clear instructions and guidance.
Implement and maintain classroom management strategies.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking.
* Hands-On Activities: Coordinate and facilitate hands-on experiments, projects, and challenges that enhance students' understanding of STEAM concepts.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
* Supervision and Safety: Ensure the safety of students during STEAM activities, following all safety protocols.
Supervise students during transitions and free time, maintaining a secure and supportive environment.
Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution among students.
Provide first aid and respond to any medical emergencies or injuries.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to integrate STEAM activities into the overall experience.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students' progress and achievements.
* Inspiration and Motivation: Inspire students to explore their interests in STEAM fields and pursue further education and careers in these areas.
Serve as a positive role model, promoting a love for learning and curiosity.
* Curriculum Development: Design and develop an age-appropriate STEAM curriculum that aligns with our goals and objectives.
Create innovative lesson plans that integrate science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics concepts.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, science, engineering, etc.
).
* Previous experience in teaching, preferably in a camp or educational setting.
* Passion for STEAM education and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic camp environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
* CPR-trained professionals are preferred but not mandatory.
