*Role Overview:*
As our BJJ instructor, you'll be the heart of this exciting new program, teaching basic techniques and self-defense skills, all while weaving in the core values of respect, discipline, and perseverance.
Your goal? To create a welcoming and energizing learning environment where kids can build their physical skills, boost their self-esteem, and develop a lasting love for BJJ.

* *Student Engagement:* Create a classroom vibe that’s full of energy and encouragement, helping kids feel motivated, included, and excited to learn.
* *Performance and Growth:* Offer positive feedback and celebrate every milestone, big or small, to help students see their own progress and feel proud of their achievements.
* *Safety First:* Keep the fun safe by adhering to all safety protocols, ensuring every student enjoys learning BJJ without any bumps or bruises.
* *Building a Community:* Be more than an instructor—be a mentor, cheerleader, and role model, promoting an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual respect.
*Qualifications:*
* *Experience and Passion:* Whether you’re a seasoned martial arts instructor or a BJJ enthusiast with a knack for teaching kids, we’re looking for someone with a genuine love for the sport and a desire to inspire young minds.
* *Educational Background:* A background in physical education, sports science, or a related field is great, but not mandatory.
If you have certifications in martial arts training, even better!
* *Communication and Interpersonal Skills:* You should have a talent for connecting with kids, making learning an adventure, and encouraging a supportive and respectful group dynamic.
* *Flexibility:* Our program is as dynamic as our students, so being adaptable and open to the evolving needs of the program and its participants is key.
