Ocelot stand-alone X10 home automation controller.
Use their PC software (free download) to write a program and upload it to the Ocelot.
Once programmed, the Ocelot issues and respond to X10 commands without the PC.
The XTB-523 Powerline interface sends X10 commands from the controller to X10 devices throughout your home via the electrical wiring It runs on 12v DC; a wall wart is included.
It is an improved replacement for the X10 TW523.
Both components are made in USA; used excellent condition.
