No major tears or rips in leather, but there are a few cat scratches and some wear and tear here and there such as some wear around some stitching.
No stains.
This couch has two power reclining sections.
One side, the motor has failed so only half the couch reclines.
Cushioning/springs not a firm as they used to be due to couch getting lots of use, but its still very comfortable.
I fall asleep on it all the time.
Couch can be easily split in half with basic tools for transportation (I can assist with delivery for an additional fee) Couch is about 7 feet wide, and about 3-3.
25 feet deep when not reclined.
