Schizophrenia, I want to know what was the first thing you recall1 (hayward / castro valley)

I wish to remain anonymous.
I’d developed schizophrenia around January 2023.
I’m hoping to hear about your experiences as well as what do you think cause your schizophrenia? What was the last thing you remembered before developing schizophrenia? Those are my two questions for now.
