Room for Small business (san leandro)

I have a 84 square foot room with its own private entry and parking for you as well as clients.
We both would have a shared waiting room and bathroom which I keep very clean! This is a professional setting and I get many compliments that it’s so cozy and nice.
Great to start a small business and I’d love someone who does lashes or esthetician work as I am a 10 year massage therapist and can get you clients.
