I can come to your pool or take you to 24 hr fitness pool ( under their buddy program I can take 1 person with me for free) .
I am M, 57 and have competed in Triathlons in the past.
I believe everyone should know swimming and with proper practice we can learn to swim well.
I am Red Cross CPR and Swim Instructor certified.
