We are KnowMyTruth – We have created something amazing for a students and clients, it is called the Conscious Awaking Program (CAP).
Many months ago, I posted here on CL our CAP as a gift to the community as a way of saying thank you to for allowing us to serve you.
8 beautiful souls were chosen from the list who wished to heal themselves, learn new habits and remove old patterns of behavior that were not serving them anymore… out of the 8 students who took the call to action – 6 have completed the initial program and 2 did not for personal reasons… Of those 6 who did finish the 1st 5 weeks of the initial program are still involved and participating months later and getting tremendous results from our CAP.

After my first 18 years of life, living under the thumb of a restrictive and abusive mother and a non-present father, I married a man that was restrictive, oppressive, abusive and hateful.
During the 32 years of a marriage that didn't work, I learned habits of "survival" that created a perpetual feeling of not being good enough, hating life and hating myself.
I needed to unlearn those habits so that I could improve my mental and physical health.
This is what I learned and currently learning while working with KnowMyTruth.
I screamed out to the Universe one day, "I need a change, This life needs to change.
" Boy did I get a change.
My life turned upside down when I lost my job, lost my husband and almost lost my home.

But the real change came when I found the love of my life.
The only problem, I was still in survival mode.
