Healing Room for Rent (dublin / pleasanton / livermore)

I'm renting a private room for a professional at my business location Pleasanton Family Wellness.
This room is approx 10x10 and it has a window.

My wellness center provides a kitchen, a washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, water and a restroom.
We are looking for a professional to occupy this room.
We already have a massage therapist, a cosmetologist for facials and waxing, a makeup tattoo artist, and a homeopathic Dr.
We are looking for a professional that is not currently providing any of the services that we offer.
We want someone respectful and quiet.
We keep our practice very peaceful while providing a beautiful healing atmosphere.
