Department Overview
The Treasury Management Solutions Department is responsible for the development of new treasury management business and expanding existing relationships by directing sales efforts.
We aspire to deliver consistently high quality and responsive service to customers and prospects.
Position Overview
The Intern will work closely with the Treasury Management Solutions Director, TMS Team, and Financial Banking Center partners.
In this role there will be various task/projects not limited to the following:
• Introduction to the Treasury Management team & partners
• Introduction to Treasury Management/Cash Management
• Attention detail, follow up and task management experience
Role and Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day duties which consist of Monitoring the Treasury Management Solutions MS email box – review to understand the need & assign to TMS team
• Create In-Take forms on Treasury Management deals for the Director to review
• Assist with preparation research for canvassing/cold calls (Vertical IQ, Navigator, Google)
• Attend department team meetings
• Observe from the Treasury Management Solutions team on deals in-play/pipeline/projects/roundtables regarding Promo’s, solution updates and business unit needs
Minimum Qualifications
• Customer Service Skills
• Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
• Business Management/administration acumen

To be considered, students must meet the following qualifications:
A Candidate should express interest in working in a related field that supports financial services, after graduation
Candidates should be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.
0 or higher
Candidates must be returning to their campus following the program
Have a reliable means of transportation to and from the workplace
Have excellent customer services/client focus, team work and collaboration
Ability to write and communicate effectively and have solid attention to details
Experience in administrative/office support and phone skills
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Offices including Word, Excel (pivot tables, charts); PowerPoint Visio and Outlook
Experience in research, analysis and statistical data are a plus
